JBN Capital LLC will consider at any loan size but we normally like to do loans in the $1 Million and up range with a maximum of $500 Million. 

JBN Capital LLC is dedicated to helping you secure the maximum amount of financing required for your project. While we strive to provide substantial funding, it’s important to note that we typically cannot cover the entire loan amount on our own. To bridge any potential gaps in the loan amount, we are open to collaborating with equity partners and syndicator groups.

This collaborative approach allows us to leverage the strengths and resources of multiple parties, ensuring that your financing needs are met comprehensively.
